  2. My domain name registrations will abide by auDA or other domain governing bodies' registration guidelines
  3. My domain parking content will be original content and related to the domain name
  4. My domain parking content will not contain material that may be considered offensive
  5. My domain parking content will not contain non-original material, including text, video and images, for which I do not own the copyright
  6. My domain parking pages shall not be used for the solicitation of private information from website visitors without clear warnings and explanations (aka "phishing")
  7. I shall not hold domain-parking.com.au, its owner(s), staff or agents, liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by a loss of service or data through any cause
  8. I indeminify domain-parking.com.au, its owner(s), staff and agents, against any legal action arising from my use of this website
  9. If my domain name is set as "for sale", I authorise domain-parking.com.au to negotiate the sale of the rights to that domain name on my behalf, subject to my final approval, which may incur a service commission not less than 10% of the sale value
